By accessing this website or purchasing, downloading, or using AlphaFX (the "Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
AlphaFX is a software tool ("Expert Advisor") for the MetaTrader 5 platform that automates trade execution according to its configured logic. It is a tool, not a financial advisor, broker, or money manager. We do not manage your funds and have no access to your trading account or capital.
Nothing on this site or in the Software constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Foreign-exchange trading carries a high level of risk and may result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Any figures, demo results, or illustrations shown are not promises of future performance. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the Software on your own accounts. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Software, or share license files with third parties.
Prop-Firm Mode is designed to help respect common challenge rules, but rules differ between firms and change over time. You are responsible for confirming that automated trading and this Software are permitted by your prop firm, and for the result of any challenge or funded account.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software. Your total remedy is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
